Bali Surf Report – August 3 2006

**** AFTERNOON SURF UP-DATE **** Good afternoon surfers and thanks for dropping into the baliwaves today. Well it’s been a pretty lazy kinda day around these parts. Wave height on the Outer Reefs has taken a further whack in wave height, but all the same there’s still a few 1-2ft+ waves breaking between Kuta Reef and Airports. Nothing to rave about really but you probably woulda found some 2-3ft+ waves down around the Uluwatu area. The wind has been coming outta the ESE-SE blowing off-shore @ 4-9knot. Not too bad beach wise either, with a mainly blue sky and warm to hot temperature. Looking at the charts it looks like all hell is gunna be starting to break loose tomorrow with a return of some serious swell hitting the reefs. So get ready for a big weekend of Bali surfing action as it happens right here. I hope ya’s have already had a look at the 3 NEW VIDEO CLIPS by Dennis that I loaded up for ya’s yesterday cause there’s gunna be more coming ! Crew, I’m sorry but I gotta ask ya’s. Please if ya can help out baliwaves with a dollar or two we would certainly appreciate it, ( I certainly would..) I really wanna be able to do a lot more helping out with the less fortunate people around Bali and Indo but first I need to make sure that baliwaves.com keeps it’s head above the high tide line, if ya know what I mean. Right now I’m just doing it, but my credit card is just about maxed out in the red. To tell ya the truth, I don’t want more than I need to get by. I’ve been borrowing cars for the last 8 years to get you guys the material that gets ya stoked.
