**** MORNING SURF UP-DATE **** G’day crew, first up, well the wind didn’t quite co-operate as hoped for yesterday. When it did make it’s switch it went right around to the S-SSW and stayed there. But still there were some ok waves coming through on Kuta Reef with the bigger set waves pushing 4ft+. This morning there’s more clean 3-4 footers coming through on Kuta Reef and there looked to be quite a few surfers out there. Middle Reef was also looking a lot cleaner and a bit more settled, slightly bigger set waves @ 4ft+ and only a handfull of surfers on it. Airport Lefts was producing plenty of 2-4 footers as well and can only improve on the incoming tide later this morning. Wind direction was coming lightly outta the West, which is pretty much directly from behind the waves so it’s still clean and smooth out there on the wave face. With that said the East coast would be cranking out waves all over the place from Nusa Dua all the way up to Keramas with off-shore wind. It’s a great day all round coming up, heaps of blue sky and warm to hot temperature. The beach is gunna be the place to be. I’ve also got a gut feeling that the wind might even switch back to the SE-SSE at some stage through out the day, have ta wait and see. Anyway for now ya can check out these new photos I’ve loaded up, cause I’ll have a new batch for ya’s tomorrow. Enjoy your Sunday what eva ya got happening, Best Regards from the holiday island of non stop surf, sun ‘n fun, your Bali.
Good New’s Dept: Due to an extreme bout of “what a bloody co-incidence” I may have found an organisation that takes a special interest in taking care of little Balinese kiddies that haven’t got any parents. Getting them decked out in school gear and organising their school fees, books, etc etc. They are a fully volunteer type outfit and hopefully soon I’ll have the full run down on how we can help out.
Why don’t ya send us an email if ya have any questions that might help your next Indo surfing holiday run that bit smoother. Discounts into G-Land. How to get over to Lakey Peak. Likewise if your looking for a cheap, clean and 100% surfer friendly place to home base at here in Bali.
