**** MORNING SURF UP-DATE **** Good morning out there and thanks for droppin by the baliwaves. And weatherwise we’ve got a beautiful looking day coming on for the beach lovers. I was down at the beach doing our 6.30am surf recon of the Outer Reefs and wasn’t surprised to see, or not see, any ridable waves breaking in between Kuta Reef and Airports. The tide was all but at the bottom of another really dry Low Level and ya coulda walked out to Kuta Reef which is a good 700+ yards from the shore-line. Maybe when the tide starts to roll back in there might be the odd waist to shoulder high wave at places like Uluwatu or Nusa Dua, depending on which way the wind decides to blow. A few of the guests staying with us made the run down to Uluwatu yesterday and reckond that it was ok to get wet in with the odd waist to head high set wave. The next High Tide will be 1.8mtrs @ 1.00pm and by then it’ll probably be pretty fat and full at the best locations. But you might also pick up some perfect little waves up around the beach breaks of Padma St around midday. At the moment wind direction is coming outta the ESE @ 3-6knot and straight off-shore between Legian and Uluwatu. What I’m planning to do is load up another 50 odd photos into this months Surfing Gallery and then another truck load into the Kuta Cam Gallery. So if things are a bit slow at work drop back in a couple a hours and take a photographic tour of Bali. Hopefully sometime in the next 24-48hrs we’ll have some new swell wrapping into Bali’s Reef and beach breaks. I’ll be keeping an eye on the ocean and if there are any significant changes I’ll let ya’s know later this afternoon. Have a good one and start organising your friends and planning your next Indonesian tube fest now !
