**** MORNING SURF UP-DATE **** Good mornin surfers and welcome aboard the only DAILY and not too mention accurate Bali surf and weather report site on the net. There’s a lotta reasons why I say that, but I won’t go there today ok. This mornin’s 6.00am surf recon of the Outer Reefs (located in Tuban, not in Kuta) was showing a drop in wave height between Kuta Reef down to Airports , back to basics @ 1-2ft+. The tide looked to be just hitting the bottom of the Low water mark and that wasn’t helping the cause much either. Wind direction was coming outta the West @ 3-6knot and on-shore right along Bali’s West Coast (obviously). Probably towards lunch time the beach breaks of Kuta should have a few small waist to shoulder high waves for the less adventurous. Then again over on the East coast of Bali there’s still plenty of swell on offer at locations from Nusa Dua right along the coast to Keramas. Surfing conditions should also be improving over there as the tide starts to run back in, and the wind is clean off-shore for now. I’m gunna mosey on over there around lunch time and see if I can shoot a bit more video for ya’s to look at, so drop by later this evening if ya wanna be in the know. Weather conditions outside are not too bad at all, we’ve got plenty of blue sky and the temperature should push into the early 30’s Celcius by midday. Made’s sms surf report from Lakey Peak / Sumbawa has come through and Made says; yesterday the 6th wave height cranked up into the double head high range on the Peak and there were some serious tube rides going down for the small band of surfers on location. But this morning the 7th and wave height has faded back into the 2-3 foot range. Surfing conditions this morning are clean and glassy, but he also says that the tide was too low first up and no one was in the water surfing @ 7.00am. Alrighty crew I hope ya’s get to enjoy the rest of what’s left of the weekend, and if ya aint got any waves in your part of town ya know where to come, don’t ya ! Hope ta see ya’s all here in Bali in 2007.
