MORNING SURF UP-DATE **** Howdy surfers and welcome to the baliwaves.com for the rundown on todays surf and weather conditions for Bali . Well the good news is that the wind is coming outta the ESE-SE @ 8-12knot and straight off-shore between Legian and Uluwatu. The bad news is that wave height on the Outer Reefs is down to the half to one foot range between Kuta reef and Airport Left . When I was down on the beach @ 7.00am there wasn’t a real lot of water covering the reefs with the tide heading for a 0.4mtr Low @ 8.00am . Not even Middle Reef which usually picks up more swell than KR or AL had any waves breaking bigger than knee high at best. Maybe around 10.00am as the tide starts to push back in you might be lucky and find a wave or two down on the southern end of the island at Uluwatu . And I’d be thinking ya wouldn’t be finding too much to surf at any other reef break today. When the tide fills in this afternoon for a 2.0mtr High @ 2.00pm the best bet for a relieving surf would be having a search along the Kuta to Legian stretch of beach breaks . Weather wise around this part of the island we’ve got a lot of cloud over head and there was a little bit of rain through the night. Even though, today’s maximum temperature should still be up there in the high twenties at least. Ok then that’s about me for this morning, I plan on takin advantage of the calm sea and kickin back at home (cleaning camera equipment etc etc) Don’t forget if any of ya’s visiting this happy little holiday island want to say hello to Slim and grab some FREE baliwaves.com stickers just call into the Dewi-Sri Live Seafood Restaurant on Jalan Kartika Plaza in Tuban between 7.00-9.00pm. Enjoy your Sunday out there and stay tuned to the original Bali surf and weather website and I’ll keep ya’s in the know.
