MORNING SURF UP-DATE **** Good morning friends of Bali and I’m glad ya called into the baliwaves.com daily surf and weather report . I actually checked our daily visitor stastics last night and it appears that we’ve been averaging around 3,500 unique surfer visits per day of late. Anyway, I just got back from doing the visual surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban and wave height is still rolling through in the 2-4ft+ range between Kuta Reef and Airport Left . But that I’m thinking we should see a solid increase in size by the time the sun sets . The tide was just moving off the bottom of 0.3mtr Low and is already starting it’s run up for a 2.4mtr High just after lunch. So it was still too shallow for Kuta Reef and Airport Left / Right but Middle Reef was peeling off some nice shaped 4 footers with the occasional bigger set every now and then. The wind was coming outta the North @ 5-8knot and cross-shore for starters but will be swinging around to the ESE-SE anytime now. Even though surfing conditions are still clean and smooth and are only get better as the day rolls on. I’ve got plans to shoot some photos and video out at Kuta Reef when the tide hits the right mark so make sure ya’s tune in later today to get a look at how perfect KR really is . Weather wise it’s pretty much the same as yesterday with a mixture of blue and white sky. The temperature should make it into the early 30’s on the Celsius scale while the water temp isn’t too bad at 21 degree’s Celsius . Still fine for boardshorts and sunscreen. Like I’ve been mentioning there has been plenty of waves all the way down the coast to Uluwatu . I was talking to some surfers that verified good waves at Balangan yesterday morning and some long walls being ridden at Impossible’s through the afternoon run out tide. Ok my fellow reef riders hook in and get some work done for now and I’ll be back later on to load ya’s up some fresh eye candy . An for farks sake stay tuned over the weekend cause there’s every chance that we might even get to see old Padang Padang breaking.
