Went past the beach about 9am and there basically was nothing breaking on the outer
reefs. The wind was coming out of the west and on shore. The positive was that there
was no rain which was a really nice change after the last week. We have hit the wet
season as there has been a deluge of water coming down and little to no swell
hitting the reefs. I have not taken any photos other than a little modelling photo
shoot I did yesterday in a break in the weather. Bingin was the destination and
there was 6inch ripples coming through onto the reef. There was 4-5 surfers out
there trying to catch the waves, but I didn’t see anyone actually catch anything.
They would have done better taking dome fishing rods out with them, as one local old
fisherman informed me of the obvious. The weather today is clearer with no rain, but
humidity is up due to the rain that we have had. But temperatures have dropped under
the 30 degrees being the bonus. Apart from that Bali is still Bali and a great place
to be even if there are not alot of waves at the present moment.
