**** MORNING SURF UP-DATE **** G’Day crew and thanks for stopping in for the news on surfing and weather conditions here in Bali today . Yesterday we did manage to find some nice little waves in the 2-3ft+ range just North from Sanur Reef . Unfortunately for you guys I never shot any photos cause I just can’t resist a good sand bottomed shore break on my forehand…
This morning and apart from a blue sky outside there’s not a lot happening surfwise on either of Bali ’s two surfing coastlines. Sometime through the night the wind shifted gear up into the 15-20knot range and this morning it’s still blowing hard outta the West @ 10-12knot+. Wave height on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban is still only showing at a wind driven 1-1ft+ between Kuta Reef and Airport Left . And to save a trip back across to the East coast I bumped into a friend who had already been over on the wave hunt but come back empty handed. Apparantly wave height over on the East Coast of Bali is also only ranging between 1-2ft and wind affected. Hopefully for tomorrows Sunday Session we’ll be heading back out to get some fresh photos for ya’s.
Later on this afternoon I’ll be attending one of my good friends wedding ceremony so just for something different I’ll take my little pocket camera so ya’s can have a look as well.
For anyone wondering what the hecks going on up at the Datah Primary School I do have another up-date ready for you but our technician is still living the good life on holidays. Not to worry because Troy will be back at his desk by the 10th.
Well Thanks to all the kind hearted folks that have helped us improve the conditions up at the Datah Primary School ! We are making some real progress with the objectives we made, so make sure you check out our progress at the school via the “SCHOOL PROJECT” page over on the menue bar .
