Daylight savings has ended and the Queensland school holidays are underway. This was in part I guess a reason for the crowd in the water. There was plenty of people enjoying the waves at snapper as they peeled down the point in around the 2ft range or wasit to chest high. Conditions were near perfect with glassy smooth water, there was a little bit of rain spitting but nothing to serious for the 35 minutes that I was there shooting from 7am. In the end I had to get to work but not before having a drive past D’bah. Looking down from the top of the hill I could see some nice 3ft peaks or head to a little over head high and it was definetly a good bet over snapper in my opinion. Condtions were clean and looked very inviting. If I didn’t have to work I would have been out there for sure. Ok till next time!
