****MORNING SURF UP-DATE**** Hi crew and welcome back to your baliwave.com daily urf and weather run down straight out of your No.1 surfing holiday destination of Bali. And hey it’s only a couple months more and we’ll be back surfing along the Premier West Coast pulling into those left hand barrels. So start planning your time here now, and you know who to ask if you need a hand with organizing stuff.
This mornings surf recon of the Outer Reefs here in Tuban was showing a slight bump in wave height between Kuta Reef and Airport Lefts. Around 2-3ft or waist to head of swell. But unfortunately the wind was blowing a bit too hard out of the West @ 5-10knot.
Tide wise we had a reef exposing 0.1mtr Low @ 6.00Am, followed by a 2.0mtr High @ midday and then another 0.6mtr Low to finish off the day @ 6.00Pm
Looking for a wave today you’ll have to go search along the East Coast. Reports in from Serangan yesterday afternoon was of small waves in the 1-2ft range. So your going to be better off trying the more open locations of Nyang Nyang, Green Bowls or the ecer popular Geger Beach at Nusa Dua.
Weather wise I’m happy to say there was hardly any rain last night, but this morning we still have a mainly overcast sky. Heading for a maximum temperature of around 28 degree’s Celsius along with high humidity.
Photo up-dates , Scott sent us another surf report and photos in from Burleigh Heads on Autralia’s Gold Coast. Plus I managed to load up over 100 photos into our January Surfing Gallery. So have a flick through those to give you some Bali Holiday inspiration.
So that’s us for now but stay tuned and check out the latest Video Clips from Keramas
Changing dollars to Rupiah on the streets of Tuban you’ll find that 1AU$=Rp7,750 and 1US$=Rp11.000give or take 100Rupiah depending on vender.
Don’t forget you can drop us an email through the “Contact” link if you have any questions that might help your next vist to the holiday island run a bit smoother.
We still have some original baliwaves.com T-Shirts (AU$15.00) and FREE stickers available for ya’s here in Bali so drop me a line.
I also just wanna refresh ya’s about what baliwaves.com is all about. We’re not trying to flog ya’s surf trips or sell ya’s anything for that matter, we’re just trying to show ya’s how good it is here in Bali / Indonesia for a surfing holiday. We want you guys to come over and have a ball and then go back home and tell your friends how good it is.

If it’s somewhere a little more private you’r looking for take a look at the private bungalow for rent we have in our Business Directory and drop the owner Michael Owen an email. Michael is one of the old school surfers who rubs shoulders with the likes of Gerry Lopez and Peter McCabe just to name a couple of Indo Legends.
Bali Fishing New’s ; I finally got around to loading up some of the photos I’ve taken of some of the fish we’ve caught over the last 4 weeks. Plus a bit of a run down on what we’ve been up to. You can find that on our Fishing Report Page in the Reports Menue.
