After co-ordinating with slim last night to head down to Uluwatu today, we hit the road and braved rain and slippery roads on the bikes to get some shots of the new swell predicted to arrive.
I shot from the water but it was actually pretty dangerous out there today. With many learners or begginners with not enough experience trying to catch their best wave to date. It was causing a few headaches for the more experienced campainers with more than a few drop ins. I was run over on numerous occassions. Not by the half decent surfers in the line up, but by learners out of position or paddling for waves that were already taken. I tell you, I needed eyes in the back of my head.
Anyway enough of that. It rained and clouded over while I was out shooting and I moved around the lineup trying to get a few shots for you guys. It was a pretty difficult day for me, although I was out for two and half hours I hope these few shots from the water wet your Uluwatu appetite.
Till next time
Scott
