I’ve been surfing p p for 14 years its getting radical to surf it now with all the people gone are the good days with just a few cool guys out now its more like the north shore and a brazilian beach all mixed in

I agree jaya, Padang Padang is the best wave for me. The first time I went out was 1995 or 96. it was small but really sweet, so a small wave can be fun there. Only one other guy and he showed me the take-off. I have surfed it on a 6 to 8 ft swell.
Gnarly buy very ride able and she gace me the best wave of my life.
Don’t go there now for several reasons including yours
Maybe we should try a smallish day, mid tide, when all the hero’s will be cursing each other at Ulu/
