****AFTERNOON SURF UP-DATE****
Hi surfers and thanks for taking a look at the baliwaves today !

Hmm, well another large day at the beach for our crew today. Hitting the road at 4.45am and arriving on location at Balian up on the West coast of Bali around the 6.15am mark. Just in time to find some perfect right handers hitting the little sand back just to the south of the river mouth peak.

There was already 1 other surfer on the right hander and another 2 sharing the left and right peak of the river mouth. So the boys didn’t hesitate to get out there amoungst the chest to well over head waves. Not too mention a light off-shore wind. Surfing conditions remained clean and tidy right through untiil 11.00am when the wind swung to the West, blowing straight on-shore @ 7-10knot. That’s the only problem with Balian on most days as soon as the  early morning calmer wind changes there’s not a hell of a lot to do up there.

My crew were enjoying themselves, well I’m pretty sure, as the average surf session was 4.5hrs. One of the boys surfed for 7 hrs straight just coming in to scoff down a jaffle and coke and straight back out there.

Ok crew just a quickie for ya’s now as it’s time for me to hit the showers and get recharged for tomorrows surf mission ! So stay tuned right here on the baliwaves through out the weekend cause we’ll be bringing it to ya live from Bali.
