This morning we didn’t even bother with a surf check, we’d seen the increase in size yesterday afternoon. So we waited, waited for the tide to just start rising a little more. Still no wind outside at 9.45am so as ya’s can see in these photos I shot out at Kuta Reef surfing conditions were clean. There was still the odd double sucking double head high set waves coming through until the tide started to show. Stand out surfer was Kuta reef local “Sima” threading some long tube rides. Around 11.30am the wind came up out of the West and then shifted more to the WSW. Ok there’s 80 odd shots in today’s gallery so take a closer look at Kuta Reef.

Weather wise today it was nice to see a return to blue sky and sunshine after the last few days of rain. Temperature wise the mercury would have risen to around 31 degree’s with plenty of humidity thrown in.

I’ve also heard that the crew from, indoceansurfcharters.com “have three spots available on a boat trip with Indocean Surf Charters for seven days, leaving Bali on the 10th of May and returning the 17th. We will be surfing waves on Nusa Lembongan, Lombok and Sumbawa at a great time in the season.
With a total of 7 surfers, it will be $1125 each”.
