Hello surfers and welcome back to your baliwaves.com for todays news on surfing and weather conditions here on the hottest tropical holiday island surfing destination of Bali. It has been a big day and I wished I could have got today’s 98 strong photo gallery on line earlier for ya’s.

First off today around 7.45am I took a look at the Outer Reefs here in Tuban, although wave height had dropped off from Thursday it was still coming through in the head to double head high range between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. But I jumped on my cycle and headed for Uluwatu, and that’s where I shot today’s photos. Between the hours of 9.45am and 12.45pm. Surfing conditons down at Ulu were about as clean as it gets, with the wind blowing straight off-shore out of the E-ESE @ 6-12knot and wave height in the over head to double over head plus class. There were some sick waves coming through on both the Main Peak and the Temple sections and some equally sick tube rides going down, especially up at Temple’s. Coming home past Padang Padang and Impossible’s there was plenty on lines bending down Impossible’s and even a few starting to break on Padang Padang in the head to head high plus range.

Speaking of Padang Padang I’ve also just been dropped off some photo’s taken from down there yesterday. Courtesy from the Hendra Surf Photography team and I’ll get those loaded up ASAP.

Tidal info for today had us down for a 2.4mtr High @ 9.30am and then this afternoon she bottomed out with a 0.2mtr Low @ 4.00pm. New Moon rising tonight.

Weather wise it’s been mainly hot and sunny with the odd patch of cloud speeding past. Temperature wise around 31 degree’s celsius.

Changing dollars to Rupiah on the streets of Kuta you’ll find that –1US$=Rp9,140 — 1AU$=Rp7,600 — 1EU$=10,500 — give or take a few Rupiah depending on vendor.
