****MIDDAY SURF UP-DATE****
Hello surfers and thanks for sticking it out while I was taking care of family ob’s. Anyway wave height backed right off yesterday from a still fun sized head to head high plus in the morning, down to knee to waist high plus on the freak sets by afternoon. And that’s how it looked again this morning, well that’s on the Outer Reefs’ here in Tuban, namely Kuta Reef, Middle reef and Airport Left anyway.

But Kurt and I thought we’d try a morning session over on the East Coast at Keramas. An as you can see in the photos I’ve loaded into today’s gallery it wasn’t too bad at all. We turned up at 7.00am to find clean and glassy conditions with waist to chest high waves. There were already 7 other surfers in the water and plenty of waves coming through. As the tide started to push in around midday the waves and surfing conditions just kept getting better and better, now with 21 surfers on it and head high plus sets.

Tidal info for today has us down for a 2.4mtr High @ 11.00am and then draining out with a 0.1mtr Low around the 5.00pm mark.

Weather wise today, well it was still raining when I got up at 5.00am this morning. Mainly cloudy with some clear patches over on the East Coast this morning, now returning to blue sky this afternoon.

I’ve also got some new photos fresh from G-Land and I’ll them visible for you in a few more hours.

Sms surf report from the crew at the G-Land Surf Camp was saying that wave height has also backed off from the perfection they have been getting. This morning there was still chest to head high plus waves breaking on Kong’s and Money Tree’s with 3 people in the water at 7.30am.
