****AFTERNOON SURF UP-DATE****
Hello surfers and thanks for dropping into the baliwaves.com for the “1 click” run down on today’s surfing and weather conditions here on the with out a doubt the best surfing holiday island destination of Bali.

This mornings surf check on the Outer reefs was showing a nice little improvement with wave height showing in the 2-4ft range between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. Light wind out of the NE @ 1-3knot at the time. I’m sure there would have been some smoking waves on Kuta Reef around 10.00 – 11.00AM mark.

As it shows in today’s photo gallery we were down on location at Bali’s Premier surfing arena, Uluwatu. On first glance this morning wave height appeared to be a consistent head to well over head. But once again virtually with every set that came through wave height was also getting bigger. The Main Peak had some hideous tube rides going down with some set waves pushing a solid 6ft+. A lot of surfers out there though with around 60 spread from the Peak down through the Racetrack. Temple’s was also spitting out some barrels for the handful of takers. All in all I’d have to say there were plenty of World class waves down at Uluwatu today, and still more to come.

Surfing conditions by 10.00AM were clean as a whistle with the wind blowing straight off shore out of the East.

Tidal info for today says we had a 1.9mtr High @ 9.00AM and then a 0.5mtr Low @ 4.00PM. Next Full Moon rising on the 22nd.

Weather wise there was some serious rain early this morning before slowly clearing away for a hot and humid one down at Uluwatu. Temperature wise out of the wind it woulda had to have been around 32 degree’s  Celsius.
