Kuta Reef to Keramas, 31st December 2010

****AFTERNOON SURF UP-DATE****
Howdy folks and thanks for dropping into the baliwaves.com for the latest on surfing and weather conditions from the first choice surfing holiday destination of Bali. And considering that yesterday was pretty small in the wave department that we finish of the year 2010 with some nice little waves.

This mornings surf check on the Outer Reefs was showing light wind out of the NW @ 2-3knot and around 1-2ft of swell breaking between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. We had already made plans last night and as you already know we headed for Keramas. Arriving at 8.30Am to find clean chest to head high plus waves. Timing it perfectly as the dawn patrol boys were just getting out of the water. We hung out until midday and there was still clean waves peeling through with only 10 left in the water.

Tidal info for today had a 0.8mtr Low @ 11.00AM and then she’ll be running back in for a 2.1mtr High around 6.00PM.

Weather wise the rain has hung off all day on our travels so far today. Mainly overcast but very warm and humid with the temperature between 28 – 30 degree’s Celsius.

Yeah a nice way to finish off the year, clean waves with low numbers in the water. Well I suppose there’s just the celebrating left to seal the deal on 2010. We hope you have got through it alright and here’s wishing you all the best of everything in 2011 !
