****AFTERNOON SURF UP DATE****
Hi again folks well here’s the Uluwatu photo gallery I mentioned in this mornings report. Not much has changed here on the Outer Reefs waves wise. But the wind is now gusting into the 12-15knot range.
I’m not sure if you have noticed already but I had a spare hour yesterday so had a random look through some of my old video footage and found a few clips you might enjoy. So give it a click and check it out, it only runs for just over 3 minutes.

****MORNING SURF UP DATE****
Hello surfers and thanks for stopping by the baliwaves (’99) for the start of another big week of sun, fun and definitely waves coming up for the lucky people already here on vacation in Bali. And this is the place to check in at if you want to be in the know surf and weather wise.
It wasn’t until late last night that the boys from ESP (located at Julies Warung Bingin) and our old fiends at Hendra Surf Photography (located at Bali’s Premier surfing arena of Uluwatu) dropped off their photos. Si I’m going to start ya’s off with Bingin this morning and then by lunch time I should have another 100 or so photos from Uluwatu for ya’s. So stay tuned.
This mornings 7.30AM surf recon of the Outer Reefs here in Tuban had wave height in the waist to chest high region, with the odd head high freak set between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. The tide was just about sitting right on the bottom of a 0.4mtr Low tide so again Middle Reef was the best option at the time. As the tide starts to run back in for a 1.8mtr High scheduled for 2.00PM there should also be a few fun sized waves on Kuta Reef and Airport Left. For those chasing more power and size then Uluwatu would be the best bet.
Surfing conditions this morning were again absolutely perfect with the wind light off shore out of the East – South East @ 2-4knot.
Weather wise here on the holiday island it doesn’t get much better, plenty of blue sky and warming up nicely along the beach. Currently right now at 10.30AM the outside temperature is sitting on 28 degree’s Celsius and the humidity at 70%. Wind direction is still out of the East but a little stronger at 7-10knot.
Don’t forget anyone still wanting to get over to G-Land (www.g-landsurfcamp.com) for some late season un crowded perfection, baliwaves.com is still offering a solid 10% discount off any advertised price. Just contact us here at the baliwaves first.
The swell prediction charts are looking good for Bali / Indonesia over the next 7 days with at least 2 different medium to large swells in transit to us. The first of should be showing by Tuesday afternoon and then another slightly smaller system riding in on the back of the first one on Friday.
