****AFTERNOON SURF UP DATE****
Hello surffers and thanks for calling by the baliwaves ’99 for today’s Sunday Session with the latest news on surfing and weather conditions from right here on the place you’d like to be, Bali.
Stronger WSW wind this morning so the boys and I headed back over to the East Coast but this time to Serangan. Arriving just as the tide was coming off the bottom of the Low and on it’s way back in with wave height a consistant chest to well over head and the occassional bigger double head high set wave. The wind was flicking around from off shore to cross / off shore while we were on the sccene (9.30AM to 2.00PM). Being a Sunday and with conditions favoring Serangan the numbers in the water were not too bad at 40 spread across the two main sections.
Weather wise another mainly overcast day with some light rain thrown in. When the sun did pop it’s head out it was hot and steamy. This afternoon there is still some solid cloud banks to the North and East (of Tuban) and a bi chance of some more rain falling later tonight.
Ok enjoy the photos we have for you today and we’ll be back out there again looking for more of the best of what Bali has for us in the way of surf again tomorrow.
