Baliwaves On the Road
Hello everyone and thanks again for dropping by Bali’s premier surf report website, baliwaves (since ’99).

Ok yes I know you’ve been cursing Slim for not delivering any surf info or photos over the last few days. So let me bring ya’s up to date on what’s happening.But anyway Ketut has taken care of us for now with a quick fix photo gallery that he shot over at Keramas on Bali’s East Coast. His sms surf report coving the Outer Reefs of Tuban was calling wave height to be showing in the knee to waist high plus sector between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. Surfing conditions were clean and glassy with the wind at the time only light out of the North @ 1-3knot.

Ok so what the hell is Slim doing in Australia. What he is doing is after putting it off for the last 25 years he’s finally seeing an ear specialist to get his ear bored out. After battling chronic ear problems for the last of these year it’s just gotta be done. When there’s something that’s keeping you out of the surf it’s gotta be fixed and fast. Well, as fast as the system will allow. So yeah, Slims just getting the examinations and paperwork taken care of.

But we will have Ketut keeping us all posted with the news on surfing and weather conditons, so hang in there.

Here on Australia’s East Coast at Newcastle there were some nice waves at the Main Beach and a few out off the back of the Newcastle Ocean Baths as well. But even if my ear was up to it, I’m not quite climatized for these cooler temperatures the further you get away from the equator.
