Thanks again for stopping by the baliwaves (since ’99) for the latest on today’s surfing and weather conditions from here on the with a doubt best value for tropical surfing holiday dollar destination of Bali.

And what a day it has been for those lucky enough to be surfing at Uluwatu today, For most other locations between Kuta Reef and Ulu I’d imagine. We took our morning (6.00AM) surf recon on the Outer Reefs to find clean as a whistle surfing conditions and waist to head high plus waves breaking between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. With the tide pretty much on the bottom Middle Reef was the best of.

But as it show’s in today’s 50 strong photo gallery we made a bee line down to Bali’s Premier surfing location of Uluwatu. Arriving around 7.00AM to an incoming tide and head to double head high waves. Surfing conditions were perfect compared to the last couple of weeks we’ve been through. Hopefully not just another tease and the start of our 2012 season of perfect waves.

Weather wise it’s been a mainly hot and sunny day with the temperature currently sitting on 30 degree’s Celsius @ 3.00PM. The wind has swung back to the West @ 8-10knot.
