****MORNING SURF UP DATE****
Hello surfers and thanks for calling by the baliwaves (since 1999) for the gospel on what’s going down surf and weather wise plus. From right here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination of Bali.
Well say no more Slim, just feast your hungry eye’s on the 120+ photos I snapped off yesterday over on Bali’s East Coast. It was a non stop free flowing tube riding fest put on totally gratis by the some of Bali’s young and old gun surfers. That’s right there’s 120 of em to drool over, so het on with it now.
Absolute perfect surfing conditions for the East side yesterday with calm wind and waves that went from 2-2ft+ on the bottom of the tide to a solid 5-5ft+ towards the top of the tide.
This morning it’s still a little bit too dark to check the surf just yet, currently 545AM the outside temperature is a balmy 25 degree’s Celsius with the Humidity on 94%. Wind direction is again coming out of the North at 1knot.
Tidal info for today has us down for a 0.8mtr Low @ 8.00Am and then running back in to a 2.2mtr High @ 2.00PM.
Ok that’s enough to get us started this morning cause I want to head down for a surf check on the Outer Reefs as soon as there’s enough light. Stay tuned as I’ll probably through a twitter report or two as the day un folds.
Just a quick heads up, a couple of my friends (Australians) currently staying with me have before they came over to Bali been borrowing any kind of Bali type surf guide book from the local Library totally gratis. So if you wanna save some bucks, get down to your local and get yourself a card.
Yesterdays G-Land Surf Report thanks to our friends at the G-Land Surf Camp was calling long and winding walls peeling off from the bottom of Kongs all the way down through to the Launch Pad in the head to double head high plus sector.
Yesterdays Lakey Peak Surf Report was calling wave height to be hitting the Peak in the 2-3ft+ sector with clean and glassy like surfing conditions.
