Hello surfers and thanks for calling by the baliwaves.com (Keeping you in the loop since 1999) for today’s news and views on surfing and weather conditions from right here on your first choice tropical surfing holiday destination of BALI.

This mornings surf recon on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban was finally showing some new swell. Wave height between Kuta Reef and Airport Left was ranging from 2-3ft+ with Middle Reef picking up the bigger set waves. Surfing conditions were still relatively clean with the wind light on shore out of the West.

Ok with this mornings High tide a little later than yesterdays we could afford ourselves the luxuary of breakfast and a second cup of coffee before hitting the road on another surf mission. Leaving home at 7.00AM we were heading back over to Bali’s East Coast but not back to Keramas seeing as though we were lucky enough to score it totally uncrowded and cranking, we didn’t want to push out luck. So arriving at our new destination at 7.45AM to find 3-4 footers (head to well over head high) and a clean off shore light Westerly wind. There were no other surfers on location when we arrived and still none when we left, so my crew had to surf it all by themselves for the next 3hrs. I wouldn’t call this wave a World Class special but all the same it was still lots a fun with both left and right handers peeling off.

Weather wise today it’s been another hot and sunny day with the temperature back up there in the low 30’s on the Celsius scale. The wind has also finally swung back to the SSE this afternoon as well.

The next Tide today is going to be a 9.00PM High
