Hello everyone and thanks for calling by the baliwaves.com (the original Bali surf report since 1999) for the start of big action packed week coming up. From right here on the first choice tropical surfing holiday destination of BALI.

Well the 22nd’s surf report is easy, wave height was pretty well flat to 1 foot right across the board.

The 23rd and as today’s photo gallery shows we were down on location at Uluwatu for the Quiksilver Uluwatu Challenge. Unfortunately the waves were small, but still there were some waist to head high and with the Challenge to be completed on the day, it was on. This was a uniqe even with Quiksilver inviting some big players in the surf legends line up. Really all I have to say is that it was a fantastic day of good vibes down at Bali’s premier surfing location of Uluwatu, that went from morning right through to the early hours on the 24th at the after party. So just have a flick through the photos and see if you can spot any of our old favorites. A big thanks to Quiksilver put putting on a great day for one and all.

The 24th and our morning surf check of the Outer Reefs here in Tuban was still only showing wave height to be breaking in the 1-1ft+ range between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. At 7.00AM surfing conditions were clean and glassy with the wind only just coming out of the NE. Our afternoon surf check how ever was showing a slight improvement with wave height now showing in the 2-3ft class between Kuta and Airport’s.

Today the 25th it’s just gone 5.00AM and time to start organizing my camera kit for hopefully the start of round 3 of the Oakley Pro Bali event at Keramas beach. Alright so I’ll be posting all kinds of stuff on our Twitter and Instagram through out the day so tune for those up
dates.

The next tide today in Bali will be a 2.6mtr High at 11.00AM.
