Ok so more small grommet sized waves again yesterday around Bali, nothing to get excited over, unless you are a 10 year old grommet on holiday in Bali of course. But all the same there were a few waves for a paddle. Today’s gallery is a bit of a mixed bag with photo contributions coming from the Kandui Surf Resort up in the Mentawai Islands. Our friends at Joyo’s G-Land Surf Camp. And also from our long time baliwaves.com supporter Cathy Anderson (The Ando’s) who always seems to be in Bali at her second home at Canggu. My wife, Komang Ayu also snapped off a few photos of some traditional Balinese dancing that was happening at Br Segara here in Tuban just a few minutes from home the other night.

Me I had another lazy day yesterday and just took the family for a beach day over at the little secluded beach just to the north of Serangan. But here’s a couple of other surf up dates that came through.

The Kandui Surf Resort, Mentawai Islands

It’s been pretty small for the first couple days of this trip and we’ve been surfing Nipussi (pictured) and Burgerworld.  But ya know, when it’s bad it’s good.  Did you surf waves this good today? A series of decent swells are forecast to start filling in by tomorrow or the next day.  Fingers crossed.
