Hey ho and as it shows in today’s 60 strong photo gallery we were back over on the East coast of Bali yesterday chasing waves. With light wind in the morning I knew we were going to be scoring some sick waves, and we did. A really fun sized 3-4ft with the occasional slightly bigger freak sets. Plenty of wave variety in this area with both left and right handers. The main break was crowded as usual with over 30 surfers on it but only a handful of riders infront of the car park. Further down to the South at KFC and the site of the next hotel / resort in this area there were only 4 surfers.

Weather wise it was mostly overcast with some sunny patches, while the midday temperature was still into the low 30’s on the Celsius scale.

Today the 3rd and our 6.45AM surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban was showing some clean little waves in the 2-2ft+ range between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. The tide was still on the bottom of the low but Middle Reef looked like fun with the wind light out of the NNE.

The next tide today in Bali will be a 2.4mtr High at 12.30PM

Currently at 7.30AM the outside temperature is sitting on 25 degree’s Celsius with the Humidity on 94%, wind direction is NNE at 4kms.
