Yesterday the 6th and after our initial surf and wind check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban we decided to try and beat the numbers and to get my crew to a different location. So we made our way up the coast a little way from here to Canggu. Arriving to an in coming tide, 2-4ft waves and clean and glassy surfing conditions. The numbers were good as well with only 10 surfers on the river mouth and 2 surfers on the sand bar. Surfing conditions held true long enough for us to get in a good session before the wind started to dedicat to the South and build in strength to around 15knot by lunch time.

Weather wise it was just another hot and sunny day here on the holiday island of Bali.

This morning the 7th and our 6.45Am surf check on the Outers here in Tuban was showing wave height to have backed off a little but still breaking in the 2-3ft class between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. Surfing conditions were clean and tidy with the early morning breeze coming out of the East at 3knot. So it looks like we are in for another great day of surfing here in Bali.

Weather wise out there this morning we did have just a couple of drops of rain early and the sky is still overcast. Temperature wise the mercury is sitting on 27 degree’s Celsius at 9.00AM, Humidity level at 84%.

The next tide today will in fact be a 1.9mtr High 3.30PM
