Hello everyone and thanks for calling by the baliwaves.com (delivering the goods since 1999) for the run down on surfing and weather conditions from right here on the happy little tropical holiday paradise that has got something for everyone, Bali.

Ok kicking off today’s show with a solid 86 strong photo gallery that I snapped off over on Bali’s East Coast yesterday morning. With stand out surfer Padma Boy local, Tonjo.

Yesterday the 9th and we pulled into the old Keramas car park at 7.00AM to find wave height at first in the 2-3ft range, a rising tide and clean off shore wind. The only problem was that Keramas had at least 30 surfers in the water and reckless abandon drop ins. One wave I saw at least 5 holidaying surfers drop in on a local, on the same wave. We also knew that as the tide was filling in wave height should also be creeping up in size. So we opted for an uncrowded version not too far away, sharing with a total of 7 surfers. And it wasn’t long before wave height was pushing head to double head high just before the tide peaked at 10.00AM. The Trade wind was also kicking in by this time on the East Coast with on shore wind so we were on our way back home by 11.00AM

This morning the 10th and our 6.45Am surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban was looking good. Wave height between Kuta Reef and Airport Left was breaking in the chest to over head range with the bigger set waves hitting Middle Reef. Clean and tidy surfing conditions with the SE Tradey already kicking in at 6-10knot blowing straight off shore.

Weather wise out there this morning it’s your perfect holiday type weather with pretty well nothing but blue sky. Temperature wise right now at 9.00AM we have a warm 27 degree’s Celsius, Humidity level is at 78%. Wind direction is now coming from the SE at 9 – 13knot.

Swell forecast, it’s going to be getting better over the next week don’t worry about that boys and girls. We should see a slow building swell out of the SE starting to show tomorrow morning. Then basically it’s going to be new swell after new swell until next Sunday when we will see a big daddy swell smacking into Bali, and possibly the biggest we’ve had all year. September on average usually see’s some of the biggest waves of the year, so get ready for it.
