Hi folks thanks for dropping into the baliwaves again today (The original Bali surf report website since back in 1999) to check out whats been happening surf and weather wise here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination by the name of Bali.

Yesterday the 22nd was a big day for our crew starting off their day at 4.30AM on the road up the coast to Medewi. Arriving with the rising sun to find 2-3ft+ waves and an empty line up. The wind was already light on shore but surfing conditions were still clean and glassy. And a big hello to all the locals up there for their friendly attitudes, I always look forward to a surf at Medewi.

Today the 23rd and with our morning surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban only showing 1ft waves breaking between Kuta Reef and Airport Left we decided to head down to Uluwatu. As it shows in the first part of today’s photo gallery and our Twitter up dates through out the morning. Wave height was only breaking in the waist to head high sector with the wind light on shore out of the Western quadrant. The good thing was there wasn’t a lot of surfers in the water.

Weather wise it’s been another mostly overcast day here in Bali and right now at 3.40PM it looks to be shaping up for more afternoon / evening thunder and lightning show. Temperature wise the mercure is still on 28 degree’s Celsius, Humidity level at 81%.

The next tide today here on the West coast will be a 0.4mtr Low at 7.00PM
