BALI / INDONESIA
26th August 2015
Hello surfers and thanks again for stopping by the baliwaves (The first on line surfing website in Indonesia since back in 1999) for our latest news and the best views on surfing and weather conditions from right here on your favorite tropical surfing holiday destination of Bali.
Ok friends this morning we were up earlish this morning with an East Coast trip on our minds. We were wanting to get over to Keramas and hopefully beat the usual crowds, so we didn’t get time for a surf recon on the Outer reefs sorry.
So we pulled into Warung Cetu around 7.30AM to find the tide still in and wave height in the waist to head high class on average. Surfing conditions were clean and glassy through until the SE Trade wind came into effect around 10.00AM. Crowd wise it wasn’t too bad with the peak at 20 surfers.
Weather wise it was a mainly hot and sunny day over on the East side with a few clouds drifting through from time to time. I’d have called the midday temperature an easy 30 degree’s Celsius and my kind of winter weather.
Ok folks just a quick one tonight as my wife is calling me for dinner. But stay tuned right here to the original Bali surf report website cause we are going to be back out on the road again tomorrow morning, just another surfing day here for baliwaves and another new location. Let’s face it there are so many great waves here in Bali so your crazy to just hang out at one location right.
We’ve also been given a new water proof HD camera the X PRO 1 from TecTecTec to test out. So stay tuned for our new “product review” that’ll be on baliwaves very soon. This HD all sports action camera comes complete with all attactments for helmets, surfboards bikes etc etc plus the water housing for a measly Rp1,500,000. (AU$150.) now everyone can afford a mountable water proof HD camera, contact us now to get yours.
Hey I also put a couple of fishing photos in today’s gallery from one of our guests getting amounst a good school of yellow Jacks. These fish are great fun on light rods and there are some big schools busting up at the moment. Just contact us if your keen to get out for some Balinese sport fishing with professional Balinese fishermen.

Hi Slim, I am heading to Bali next week for a few surfs and a few Bintangs.. Can you put me onto a good surf guide. I am not a flash surfer, I am only bringing along my Mal. So easy to small rides are the go for me. I will be staying at the Stones Hotel, and would not mind getting out one day to a few put the way spots..
Cheers
Kevin
