Hello surfers and thanks again for stopping by the baliwaves (keeping you in touch with Bali since back in 1999) for the latest news on surfing and weather conditions from right here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination called Bali.

This mornings mandatory 6.45AM surf check on the Outer Reefs of Tuban was still showing some nice sized waves in the 3-4ft class breaking between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. The tide was way out at the time and still running out while surfing conditions were clean and glassy with the wind light out of the North.

But as it’s shows in today’s 60+ photos we have loaded up for you we headed back over to the East Coast to where we have surfed the last couple of days. We knew there would still be plenty of swell and there was with some solid 3-5ft++ waves peaking up for some great shaped left and rights. Surfing conditions were clean and glassy when we first arrived just as the tide was starting to push back in. But not long after that the wind started to puff out of the S-SW and slowly increase in strength. Even though we still managed a good two hour session before quitting for lunch.

The last 20 or so photos are from Ketut who took a run down to Uluwatu to see what was happening. There was also plentyof swell for the crew at Ulu and the the wind was also light on shore down there as well. Ketut reckoned there was around 30+ surfers picking off waves on the Racetrack section while the tide was still low.

Weather wise just another perfect day of blue sky and sun shine with a cloud or two drifting through from time to time.
