BALI / INDONESIA
23rd – 24th January 2015
Hi everyone and thanks again for dropping by the baliwaves (The original Bali surf report website since back in 1999) for the latest news and the best possible views on surfing and weathe conditions from right here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination of Bali.
First up I’d just like to mention that anyone that is waiting for an email reply from us to just hang in there and we will get back to you ASAP. We actually go surfing everyday and don’t sit in front of a computer all day, thank God.
Anyway as it shows in our latest photo gallery we snapped off yesterday we were up early and on location just as the sun was popping up over the East side. With the tide coming in and wind fresh off shore there were some nice fun sized chest to head high waves peeling off on all 3 of the main sections in this area (Echo left, Sandbar & Pererenan). There were already roughly 9 surfers already in the water on each break as well, plenty of waves and well worth not getting pissed the night before and doing the dawny.
Weather wise it was a cool and fresh morning then bloody hot from mid morning through till early afternoon when we scored another solid hour of rain.
This morning the 24th it’s just gone 5.45AM and it won’t be long and we’ll be back out there looking for some more waves. Right now the wind seems to coming fresh out of the NE so we’ll make the call shortly. Make sure you stay tuned to our Twitter / Periscope and Instagram feeds for more up dates.

Hey there! Contemplating on a surfari. I doubt myself. I have been surfing on and off for the past 20 years and have had multiple sports injuries/surgeries. I would really like to rip it. Is Bali out of my league and do you do coaching? I currently surf NorCal… Bolinas and Stinson mostly. Thanks!
Love the Periscope footage. You may have missed your calling Slim………. a cross between David Attenborough and Richie Benaud
