BALI / INDONESIA
29th – 30th January 2016
Hello surfers and thanks again for dropping into the baliwaves (The original Bali surf report website since back in 1999) for our latest news and best possible views on surfing and weather conditions from here on your first choice tropical surfing holiday destination of Bali.
Ok, sorry about the late post, yesterday afternoon I just about had this wrapped up when a friend dropped in and reminded me that it was Friday afternoon. But anyway here’s what went down on the 29th here on Bali’s West Coast. As it shows in the photos wave height was still pretty small but surfing conditions were clean and tidy. We only hung out at for a couple of hours as the tide was filling in fast and not doing the small waves an favors. But conditions were still surf able when we left at 10.00AM.
Weather wise it was semi over cast with some sunny patches through the morning and a hot and steamy afternoon. No rain fell where we were and none fell in the Tuban area either.
This morning the 30th and it’s just gone 5.15AM and we’ll be hoping to sneak in a few waves somewhere this morning under the radar of the surf schools, fingers crossed anyway. I didn’t see too many stars up in the sky but the wind factor is only just.

I am staying at the Bombora surf camp a short distance Ulu Watu.
The waves are pretty small here.
I was interested in booking a day or more of hotel pickup for surfing to better breaks.
I have been surfing for 33Years and this is my first Bali trip..
Please let me know if there are any openings .
Thank you.
