Uluwatu 2ft+ with 6 surfers, plus out and about 16th – 17th January ’16

Ok so with our 6.45AM surf check on the Outer Reefs of Tuban in fact showing wave height in the 1-2ft range between Kuta Reef and Airport Left this morning we thought there would have to be a little more size down at Bali’s premier surfing location and swell magnet Uluwatu. But as you can see in today’s photo gallery that Ketut shot wave height down on the Southern end of the island was also only in the 1-2ft+ sector. How ever surfing conditions at the time were super clean and glassy and there were only 6 surfers in the water between 7.45AM and 9.00AM.

Weather wise outside right now at 1.15PM the temperature is a warm 33 degree’s Celsius with the Humidity on 71%. Wind direction is now coming out of the SSW at 5-7knot.

The next tide will be a 2.1mtr High around the 4.00PM mark.

Oh yeah and I also just through in a few extra random photos I shot while driving up into the mountains yesterday on my way to get some traditional massage done on my shoulder.
