Hello surfers and thanks for stopping by the baliwaves (getting you as close to the action as we can since back in 1999) for the start of another surfing week. Ok so like we mentioned, on Saturday with the wind already light on shore out of the West we decided to take a look over on the East side of the island. Our first stop was at Keramas, 2-4ft+ waves with a light on shore wind and maybe 30 surfers in the water.Even though the wind was on shore surfing conditions were still pretty clean and tidy. As the tide started to run back out around midday the number of surfers dropped off to around 15. But the wind by this time was also getting a bit stronger on shore.

Yesterday the 27th and seeing as though it was a long weekend we though we’d have ourselves a day off as well. It was good to hang out with the boys down the beach and talk some fishing. Wave height on the Outer Reefs of Tuban was only in the 1-3ft class between Kuta Reef and Airport Left with a light off shore wind (10.00AM)

Weather wise on Sunday we had some rain through through the morning before clearing away for another hot and sunny afternoon on the holiday island.

This morning the 28th and it’s just gone 6.00AM and we are hoping to be finding some more waves. Weather wise out side it it’s looking good with the wind coming lightly out of the NNW.

The next tide today will be a 0.5mtr Low at 6.03AM then followed by a 2.3mtr High just after midday.
