Outer Reefs of Tuban to the Goo 22nd October 2016

Hello everyone and thanks for tuning into the baliwaves (keeping you in touch with Bali since back in 1999) for our latest news and the best possible views on surfing and weather conditions from right here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination, Bali.

Ok so to kick off our Sunday session here’s 40 photos from where Ketut was shooting yesterday here on Bali’s West coast. As the photos tell, there was some nice left and rights with the occasional barrel or two thrown into the mix. Crowd wise it was your normal weekend numbers and some very tidy surfing going down from the boys and the girls. Surfing conditions were clean and tidy with an early morning off shore wind.

According to Ketut there was some serious drama happening a little further up the beach with two dead bodies (a male and female both westerners) and a motor bike all found on the beach in the early hours of the day.

Weather wise it was another very hot and mostly sunny day here on the holiday island.

This morning the 23rd and there are still some fun waves to be had out there this morning. Our 7.00AM surf check on the Outer reefs of Tuban was showing wave height to be still holding in the 1-3ft class between Kuta Reef and Airport Left. Surfing conditions were clean enough with the wind at the time coming out of the NNE at 5knot.

Weather wise outside here in Tuban we have another mostly blue sky and I’s say the temperature will be in the mid 30’s Celsius by midday.
