hey ho, well this mornings 6.45AM surf check on the Outer Reefs of Tuban was showing yesterday’s wild waves to have dropped back into the 3-4ft+ range between Kuta Reef and Airports. A big drop from the day before that’s for sure. Wind direction at the time was light out of the NW.
So as it shows in today’s photo gallery we made our way over to the East Coast again just after the tide hit the bottom of the low. Again it was a shock to see wave height to have geared right back over on the East Coast as well. Keramas had waves breaking in the 2-4ft range with clean and glassy conditions even though the wind was coming lightly out of the South. Crowd wise it was looking pretty tough at one stage with 35+ in the water. So much sand has been eroded off this beach pretty well right in front of the paddle out channel since all the construction has taken place. I don’t think that I’m the only one that has noticed that this wave doesn’t seem to barrel like it used ? Still a nice wave that’s for sure.
Weather wise it’s been light overcast most of the day with a few flashes of sunshine. Temperature wise the mercury peaked at 31 degree’s Celsius. Wind direction right now at 5.00PM is coming out of the West.

How’s the new cameras and lenses?
Gday David, I have picked up one new addition to our equipment so far and a couple of new cards. As soon as my business visa is renewed, currently in process I will be taking a trip to Singa’s and picking up more equipment 🙂 Thanks for helping out !!!
