Hello everyone and welcome back to the baliwaves (bringing you a little bit of Bali since back in 1999) for our latest news and the best possible views on surfing and weather conditions from here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination, Bali.

Ok so here’s another fresh photo gallery from out and about Bali over the last 2 days. We covered a few miles and managed to get some nice waves on both sides of the island with very manageable numbers in the water. The tides have good with a pre dawn low tide then running in through the mid morning before the strong off shore SE Trade Wind kicks in. Those little windows let us surf pretty much where we like.

Today the 12th and my 7.15AM surf check on the Outer Reefs of Tuban was showing some nice fun sized waves in the 2-4ft range breaking between Kuta reef and Airport Left.The tide was running in at the time for a medium sized 2.4mtr High set for just after 11.00AM so it will fatten up a a touch at the top. The tide wind was also still nice and light out of the ESE but is starting to gear up in strength now at 11.00AM. I wouldn’t be surprised if wave height even creeps up a touch this afternoon, be interesting to see.

So plenty of waves around again today and I’m sure you’ll find a little more size in the waves down towards Uluwatu on the Southern end of the island. A few more days and we should see another medium to solid swell hit Bali that’s going to keep everyone happy taking us through the weekend.

Weather wise today the 12th it’s been a mostly over cast type of morning, no rain about and more than likely we will be seeing more sun through out the afternoon as well. Temperature wise at 11.00AM it’s 27 degree’s Celsius with the wind out of the SE at 7-10knot+
