Hello surfers and thanks for stopping by the baliwaves (The original Bali surf report website since back in 1999) for the latest news and best possible views on surfing anjd weather conditions from here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination, Bali.
Ok so our latest and current photo gallery we’ve got for you was shot yesterday the 18th over on Bali’s East Coast. We were pretty stoked at first to find wave height in the head to well over head class, clean off shore wind and the tide just starting to push in. With the promise of bigger and better waves to follow. It wasn’t long before wave height was doing the double head thing and then we had some triple head high waves as the tide filled in around the time of our second session. There were some serious waves coming through but it doesn’t tend to deter the learners on long or high volume boards at this location. So there was plenty of carnage and board throwing, could have made some good Kook Slam video’s for sure.
This morning the 19th and we were hoping to still have some swell hanging around for another session of perfect waves. But the early morning dry reef was only delivering 3-4 footers, again with a clean off shore wind. But only an hour into our first session a South Westerly rain and wind squall blew in and took all the fun outta the waves so it was just a quicky today.
Weather wise it wasn’t the best to start with, over cast with light drizzle rain so no photos I’m sorry. Right now at 3.00PM it’s still light overcast with the temperature on 29 degree’s Celsius, Humidity is at 80%. Wind direction is again coming out of the West at 13-15knot.
Ok troops we’ll be back out there on the wave hunt again tomorrow so make sure you stay tuned to the one and only baliwaves.
