BALI / INDONESIA
27th – 28th August 2019
Hello surfers and lovers of Bali and thanks again for stopping by the baliwaves (Bringing you all the good things from Bali since back in 1999) for our latest news and best possible views on surfing and weather conditions here on the island of the Gods, and the No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination and gateway to Indonesia’s surfing paradise, Bali.
Ok so we had a big big day out yesterday ! Kicking off at 5.15am and weaving our way through the traffic to one of our fav locations up the West Coast. As it shows in our latest photo gallery we arrived at 7.30 to find some very clean and tidy waves peeling through in the head to well over head high range, around 30 surfers already out there in the line up. Surfing conditions stayed clean and tidy as the tide ran out and everyopne had their fill of waves.
Today the 28th and our 7.30am surf check on the Outer reefs of Tuban was showing wave height between Kuta Reef and Airport Left breaking in the head to double head high plus class. The ESE Trade wind kicked in early and the early morning High tide was perfect. My Team opted for the less crowded Airport Left and it was a pretty good call with only a dozen surfers in the water.
Weather wise it’s been another hot and sunny day here in Bali and no cmplaints.
We have also loaded a new G-Land Report and photos along with the latest RipCurl press release regarding Bruno Santos charging some Mentawai tubes, video is included so check this stuff out peeps.
