BALI / INDONESIA
15th October 2019
Hello surfers and lovers of Bali and thanks again for stopping by the baliwaves (Bringing you all the good things from Bali since back in 1999) for our latest news and best possible views on surfing and weather conditions here on the island of the Gods, and the No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination and gateway to Indonesia’s surfing paradise, Bali.
Ok so this morning my crew wanted some more “easy going” waves after Uluwatu yesterday so we just cruised down to Balangan. We knew the swell was going to be backing off a little here on the West Coast but we still thought we might find a few waves for the morning session. As it shows in our current photo gallery wave height was down in the chest to slightly over head high range with clean light and variable wind. Crowd wise it was ok until around 10.00am and the conditions stayed clean through until the wind shifted to the SSE around the same time. Nothing to rave about that’s for sure but our crew was content with what we had.
From all reports I’ve had this afternoon it seemed like the East Coast was the place to be for a lot more size.
Weather wise today it’s been a mostly hot and sunny Wednesday and right now at 3.15pm the temperature is still a warm 30 degree’s Celsius, Humidity is 62% and UV index on 4. Wind direction is now ESE – SE with gusts up to 20km/h.
Tomorrows Surf Forecast is calling for another nudge in wave height but with the SSW direction in it it will be showing a lot more size over on the East Coast. Wind is forecasted to be light and variable early before tending more SSE by mid to late morning.

Here’s another thing that might interest some of the ex-pats with young children living here in Bali that might be interested in having their kids learn to play a musical instrument (drums, guitar, base guitar or piano) instead of just playing games on phones. Sound interesting then send us an email today and get your children into music. Contact us for more information
