Hello surfers and lovers of Bali and thanks again for stopping by the baliwaves (Bringing you all the good things from Bali since back in 1999) for our latest news and best possible views on surfing and weather conditions here on the island of the Gods, and the No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination and gateway to Indonesia’s surfing paradise, Bali.
Ok folks so over the weekend we did get a solid boost in wave height but with below average wind direction and nasty early morning low tides. The wind did vary all over the place but did eventually shift back to the ESE – SE – SSE by mid afternoon. We decided to not try and chase it and just get a few jobs done around the house haha.
But today the 7th and everything had settled down even the wind, and we did end up scoring some nice head to double head high waves down on the Southern end of the island here on the West side. For our first session we had a light crowd ranging from 8 to 4 surfers in the water with the wind light and variable through until around 9.30AM. At that time the wind did a switch around to the ESE-SE quadrant making everything come together nicely.

Weather wise it was mostly over cast through the early am before the wind switched and the sky started to clear up. Mostly blue sky through midday and into the afternoon with a top temperature of around 29 degree’s Celsius.
Tomorrows Surf Forecast is saying to expect smaller waves again today with more early light and variable wind before tending more to the S-SSE. Early morning High tide around 6.00am.
