Hello surfers and lovers of Bali and thanks again for stopping by the baliwaves (Bringing you all the good things from Bali since back in 1999) for our latest news and best possible views on surfing and weather conditions here on the island of the Gods, and the No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination and gateway to Indonesia’s surfing paradise, Bali.
Ok so the last couple of days we have been doing it tough trying to find a half decent wave. From another long and testy drive up the coast to Balian only to find crowded waist to head high surf. An if you know Balian is that small then there’s nothing happening anywhere else in Indonesia pretty much. From there just for a nice place to visit and hopefully find a few smallies we tried Balangan yesterday but again only finding waist to chest high waves with on shore wind on it.
But as it shows in today’s photo gallery we managed to find a few down on the South Eastern end of the island early this morning before the wind came up on shore around 8.00am. Nice little fun sized waves but with a solid crew in the water and better than what it has been that’s for sure.
Weather wise it’s been brutally hot with nothing but blue sky. Currently now at 2.50pm the temp is still a warm 33 degree’s Celsius, Humidity is at 58% and the UV index on 5. Wind direction is S-SW with gusts up to 20km/h.
Next tide today will be a 2.2 mtr High at 7.15pm
