BALI / INDONESIA
6th November 2019
Hello surfers and lovers of Bali and thanks again for stopping by the baliwaves (Bringing you all the good things from Bali since back in 1999) for our latest news and best possible views on surfing and weather conditions here on the island of the Gods, and the No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination and gateway to Indonesia’s surfing paradise, Bali.
This morning we knew wave height was fading but with an early morning high tide we thought we would spin the wheel of fortune and head back over to the East Coast and see what Keramas had on offer. As it shows in these “frame grabs” (sorry about the quality, I did take my 1000mm lens along but with the smallish waves I didn’t need to set it up and just went with the instant video footage instead) wave height was in the waist to just slightly over head on the bigger set waves. Super clean and tidy surfing conditions with the wind blowing straight off shore coming out of the WNW at 10-15km/h. It wasn’t until around 10.00am that it swung further around to the SW and on shore. Crowd wise it was a pretty mellow crew that averaged around 25 for the 3 hours what we were on location.
Weather wise today it’s been another hot and sunny one so far and I do have to say that it was absolutely perfect over on the East Coast for the morning session. Right now at 1.30pm the temperature is still a warm 29 degree’s Celsius, Humidity is at at 61% and the UV index on 8. Wind direction is still coming out of the SW with gusts up to 24km/h.
Tomorrows Surf Forecast is calling similar sized waves and maybe, just m,aybe a slight bump in size. We can expect nice and light early morning variable wind from the Northern quadrant before it swings West and then all the way to SW, so get in early.
Ok well that’s us done for today but we have plans for tomorrow so stay tuned in right here with the original Bali surf report (since 1999)
