BALI / INDONESIA
23rd January 2020
Hello surfers and lovers of Bali and thanks again for stopping by the baliwaves (Bringing you all the good things from Bali since back in 1999) for our latest news and best possible views on surfing and weather conditions here on the island of the Gods, and the No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination and gateway to Indonesia’s surfing paradise, Bali.
Hey well it’s good to be back and done and dusted with Dr’s and tests, scans and x rays. I do have to say though it was just the best hanging out at my dear old Mum’s all through it. I made it back so I should be good for at least another yr or two fingers crossed.
It was also good today to get back behind the 1000mm lens, I know it would have been one better again to be out in the water but I’m not quite up to that just yet. As it shows we took a run over the other side of the island chasing that good off shore wind. Arriving at Keramas around 7.00am to find wave height in the chest to over head high class, off shore wind, tide rising and only around 15 surfers in the water.
There wasn’t many tube rides on offer but there were some good wedgy ones coming through. Surfing conditions stayed clean and tidy through until 8.30am when the wind shifted to the South and gradually increase in strength.
Weather wise today it’s been another murderously hot day, right now at 4.10pm the temp is still on 33 degree’s Celsius. Humidity is up around 81% and the wind is now coming out of the W-WSW at 10-15knot.
Tomorrows Surf Forecast is calling in another foot or more bump in wave height combined with light wind mostly out of the S-W quads. Wave period will be around 15 seconds through the morning session and High tide around 10.20am
So, that’s about me for today crew, like I said it’s great to be back. Make sure you spin our latest VIDEO CLIP and if your a bodyboarder there’s even a new gallery in here for you lot to check out. Our Morning Video Surf n Weather Report is also back in our Twitter and Instgram feeds so stay smart.
