As we all know times are extremely hard over in Bali, there is no free JobKeeper / Seeker wages, no medical help. For expats like Slim and his family there is no help whatsoever. The only help he has received so far has been from close friends who understand his position. Baliwaves.com has over the months been running awareness promotions for various Bali relief and charity organisations, personally helping as many locals as we also can. But now he needs some help himself.
Slim is now more than 10 thousand dollars behind in rent (rent is paid bi yearly) and still a long way to go to get through this before we see better times and a return of friends and tourism to Bali. Just to give you an idea that even in normal times as you know Slim has had to run fundraisers in the way of raffles to acquire any new camera equipment to keep the images and videos coming. Living in Bali has never been about getting rich for him over the last 25 years.
So if you can help with any amount to help keep Slim and Baliwaves afloat you will have a friend for life here in Bali.

I have been using slims service on recent trips to Bali.
This bloke goes out of his way to make the day super enjoyable not only getting some awesome surf but a cultural expetience as well with Bali’s best coffee , road side food stops and brilliant commentary.
If we can get 100 of his satisfied surfers to chip In $100 It will make the world of difference to he and his family.
I know there are some tough cases in Australia as well but if you can spare $100 or anything please give what you can.
Come on crew there must be hundreds of satisfied surfers out there that have used slims surf tours.
