Hey folks and thanks again for stopping by the baliwaves for the latest news and best possible views on surfing and weather conditions, from here on the World’s No.1 tropical surfing holiday destination of Bali.
Ok just a quick one to wrap up for Friday before we get into the weekend. The last couple of days I don’t think I’ve ever seen Balangan producing suck long and perfect rides. It’s been a consistent 3-5ft+ with hardly any surfers in the water through the morning. With the bulk of the learners arriving towards midday and the peak of the high tides. Today’s photo gallery really show cases the best of Balangan beach. It’s a beautiful white sand beach with plenty of space and not over run with umbrella’s and deck chairs. I’m sure most of the better locations down there on the bukit were also pumping but for us it’s sure hard to go past Balangan.
Weather wise it’s been an absolute stunner of a day and even right now at 3.45pm the temperature is still a warm 30 C with the Humidity at 78%. Wind direction is clean out of the SE at 10-12knt.
Tomorrow’s surf forecast has the wave models showing another slight drop in wave height with some light and more variable morning wind.
Ok crew that’s me I’ve got to try and tidy myself up as I’ve been invited out for some more of the freshest Sashimi and Sushi, Oh Yeah !!!! Tune in to our Facebook or Instagram platforms tomorrow morning for more news and views from Bali.
Breaking News Department. Petrol has jumped 30% in price from the 4th of September so be prepared for slight increases in all prices on just about everything here in Bali. The first of the increases was LPG, our 5kg refills have gone from Rp135K now at 230K for the same fill. 95% of Indonesia runs on gas for cooking so that’s going to hurt everyone.
