G’day everyone and sorry for the lack of reports this last week. Not for the lack of trying with our team doing their best to track down something worth showing you guys. Just not a lot of waves worthy of Bali’s usual standards. Anyway as it worked out yesterday Ketut and his crew took the windy road up the West Coast to make sure they got a few waves.
As it shows in the photo gallery surfing conditions were clean and glassy with just a tinge of off shore wind thrown into the mix. While wave height was in that super fun head to over head high range. Westher wise it was just another hot and sunny day in the tropics.
Today the 21st and Ketut has called through from where he is this morning at The Gu. Another beautiful warm and sunny day is already on the brew in Bali for the lucky ones. Wave height at the Gu this morning is still only in the waist to head high class and with a full on Sunday crowd of fun loving surfers.
The next tide today in Bali will be a 2.04mtr High at 9.08am followed by a 0.57mtr Low at 3.19pm
Tomorrow’s Surf Forecast is predicted to be just up a touch in size with the wave period jumping from 13 seconds up to 16 seconds. Further out Bali should light up and be back to the wave magnet it is on the 22nd – to .
My Ct update is just of pain and discomfort only 2 CT’s done from a total of 6. It’s been rough as I was trying to stay off the hard opiates / oxycoden but the late night pain got me, unfortunately I still need that help. I really thought this wouldn’t be too hard but I’m really finding out the severity of being a Cancer patient.
Ok friends of bali thanks for stopping by the baliwaves and more news and best views from Bali’s surfing scene coming again tomorrow. Peace, health and harmony to everyone.
BTW, Ketut is still taking surfers to find their best Bali waves while I’m caught up in hospital. So drop us a line and you can be cruising with Ketut and all his local surf friends when ever you are ready.
