G’day everyone and welcome back to the baliwaves. Our team ended up down on the bukit yesterday at one of the last strong holds of surfing, Balangan. All though there are some trying to change the beach and warung lifestyle down there similar to what Uluwatu and Canggu have become. For me anyway I don’t need house music blaring at the beach or over priced food and drinks.
As it shows in Ketut’s latest photo gallery surfing conditions at Balangan were clean and tidy. Wave height was ranging from head to almost double head high and a clean off shore ESE wind. Ketut said there was around 30 surfers spread through the long tapering line up at 7.00am.
This morning the 1st of May and our Team is over on the East Coast again. Bad early morning weather according to our Team but they waited it out and have found some fun little head high waves. We will have to wait till I get more news.

BTW, Ketut is still taking surfers to find their best Bali waves while I’m caught up in Australia. So EMAIL us and you can be cruising with Ketut and all his local surf friends when ever you are ready. God knows my family are going to be down deep in Dr / hospital bills when the smoke clears.
